Home maintenance can be hectic and heavy on the pocket due to the limitations of hiring experts from within a certain locality and then accepting the price quoted by those limited options. The idea behind Artisan was to provide multiple expertise levels and price ranges to people and for small-scale handymen to scale their services.
Synavos assisted the client in transforming their aspirations into a marketable application. Our team of experts developed intuitive platforms that seamlessly completed a user’s journey to deliver the business goal.
Aggregated platforms provided all types of customers: property owners, managers, tenants, buyers, and agents to post basic home maintenance jobs such as plumbing, carpentering, paint jobs, and electrical maintenance, and helped artisans to offer their services and expertise against those jobs for a remuneration package. All of these modules are connected via a web portal for the artisans and job owners to manage their jobs and job postings.
Developed with a mix of advanced technologies, the application facilitates the job creators to choose from the skillset of applicants according to their budget. The review system allows the job creators to safely and reliably select a vendor and encourages the artisans to maintain a good rating and relationship with the customers, allowing for a better quality service delivered overall.
