Retail and distribution networks tend to have dense networks across all industries. With an increasing number of resources and documents, it becomes a challenge to stay updated with all activities. Currently, in our local market, there is a reliance on paper-based records that are inefficient. Field force and sales departments greatly need a robust digital solution to easily track and manage their activities and build strong retailer relationships. Sufi was facing issues in managing their field force and related activities. In the FMCG industry, shelf time and short sales cycle require constant updates of stocks and orders for smooth functions.
Aiming to tackle all problems of our client under one roof, we devised for them a complete solution that would centralize and digitalize their field force management. Our teams created an easy to use app that would support transparency, efficient planning and real-time insights.
The app allowed Sufi to eliminate the inefficiency associated with paper- based records that hindered them to stay updated and robustly monitor the Salesforce. It helped Sufi by building a robust digital solution to easily track and manage employees’ activities and build strong retailer relationships.
